Rahsia keGAGALan DIET? kejap kurus kejap gemuk balik hermmmm~~

Memandangkan anak2 tengah nap, bolehlah berblogging skjap..sempena Syawal ni ramai yang bertanya tentang menguruskan badan, sebabnye bnyk sangat dah rendang, lontong, kuah kacang masuk dalam perut heheh mana boleh tahan kan..dan sebab tulah Fiber+Cinch+Lecithin dah jd macam goreng pisang panas!

Hari ni Adaa nak share tentang diet ni..ramai di antara kita yang pastinya nakkan berat badan ideal tp slalu tersalah pilih jalan ..atau lebih senang, GAGAL pilih program diet yang betul..Adaa sendiri pun dah bnyk dulu cuba product kuruskan badan dan hasilnya..mengecewakan..mula-mula bertemu shaklee, target bukan nak kurus, tapi utk menyusukan baby, untuk sihat kembali setelah badan mcm lunyai terkulai layu..yang bestnya Adaa bukan je dapat improve KESIHATAN tapi at the same time Adaa dapat BONUS, kurang berat badan..dan yang paling penting, turun secara sihat..oklah enuf said, Jom Adaa nk share tentang Rahsia kegagalan diet ni (rahsia nk gagal pun ade ek..macam2 hehe)

Let's take a look at why most diets fail.
 
o Most diets are nutritionally inadequate. They are too low in calories and/or nutrients. Sooner or later you feel bad and cheat. When faced with a shortage of calories, your body’s natural response is to conserve fat. This mechanism may have come in handy for your distant ancestors trying to survive a famine, but the "starvation response" and it’s associated hormonal changes make life difficult for many a dieter. After all, when's the last time you couldn't find any food!

o Most diets are too hard to follow. They interfere with your life. They give you too many excuses to goof off, cheat or quit.

o Most diets are too slow and frustrating. Lots of pain, little gain.

o Some diet plans ask you to take unsafe ingredients having negative side effects (Ephedra, Ephedra Alternatives, other stimulants). Why should you have to take your life in your hands to lose a few pounds? You’re trying to get healthier, right?

o Most diets slow your metabolism setting you up for the "yo-yo" effect.

What is the "Yo-Yo" Effect?

o A low caloric diet is a self-imposed famine, so the body responds by conserving fat and begins to break down muscle tissue for fuel. It doesn't know how long this famine is going to last so it guards its precious high energy store.

o Nitrogen is released when you break down muscle and the body quickly eliminates it through the kidneys with water from your cells. This causes an immediate reduction in water weight and a noticeable drop on the scale. Losing water and muscle is no reason to celebrate. This weight will be right back as soon as you have something to drink, and the missing muscle lowers your metabolism.

o Muscle tissue burns calories 24 hours a day. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even when you’re just sitting around. The less muscle you have the less you can eat. Okay hold on here comes a little math! Suppose, for example, that a you lose 10 pounds of muscle (along with maybe 20 lbs. of fat) on a low caloric diet. Now suppose that each pound of muscle had been burning 50 calories a day just sitting there. Together, those 10 pounds of muscle had been burning 500 calories a day. With this muscle tissue gone, the you must now consume 500 fewer calories a day in order to maintain that weight-loss. Your job just got harder. Here's where it really gets tragic. When you ease up on your diet, your body goes "Finally some food, but I'm scared another famine's coming." So what does it do? It puts on fat stores before it puts on muscle! Even at the same weight you're fatter than ever with less muscle to burn it!

Haa tu dia teori of yo yo effect.. faham tak ape mat salih tu cakap... lebih kurang camnilah...kalau nak diet..bukan pada kuantiti atau apa yg ditimbang (tu short term loss tu..apa yang berkurang.yg bertambah..kene ambik tahu)...dan amat penting kene tahu yg we need more muscles to burn kalori..tapi kebanyakan program diet zaman moden ni..hanya menghabiskan muscle2 yg ada dlm badan...jadi mmg lah bila timbang nampak byk kilo yang hilang..tapi disebaliknya???tu sume yoyo effect... jadi kalau nak diet..diet secara berhemah...HABIS TU…CEMANA NAK LAWAN YOYO EFFECT NI..CEMANA NAK DIET?..kesimpulannya sahutla cabaran kurus dan langsing cara sihat dgn CINCH SHAKLEE...
