According to Dr. Zoltan P. Rona, M.D., "Although most healthy people will have no obvious side effects from ingesting small amounts of toxins found in cheap vitamins, the long term consequences of continuous, daily intakes are potentially dangerous." Dr. Rona says that allergic reactions include fatigue, memory loss, depression and insomnia.

And yet, according to the Organic Health Association,
over 95% of vitamins manufactured contain synthetic ingredients!

Kenapa Adaa kata sintetik ni berbahaya?  Meh nak tunjuk sket:

Synthetic vitamins were originally developed because they cost less.   Most synthetic, petroleum-derived, supplements will call their products ‘vegetarian not because they are from plants, but because they are not from animals.   Also beware; they will use the words “Food Based” another trick.   It means they added a green product to the synthetics such as algae.
Yang belah kanan sekali tuh sintetik..cuba lihat kandungannya..sbb itulah Vitamin berunsur sintetik ni kalo diambil dalam jangka masa panjang, boleh memudaratkan..memang lagi murah, tapi ada risikonye..Jadi kene buat pilihan yang tepat.
Jadi, bukanlah semua supplement memudaratkan, anda cuma perlu bijak memilih..pastikan yang NATURAL ye..
