ESP: Resepi untuk bancuh ESP~~


Macam yang Adaa slalu ckp (ade ke?) ESP ni mmg best selling product kami..walaupun memula rasa mcm mahal, tapi dengan kualiti yang setanding, mmg tak terasa mahalnya..Plus, mana ade product yang quality 100% tapi harga 10% kan? mesti mau balance..hhehe
ESP ni lain org lain citarasanya, bg Adaa, dengan air suam je pon dah selera heehe tapi bagi yang agak susah nk telan tapi inginkan khasiat yang terbaik, jangan risau, ade resepi best utk anda..thanx kak cery sbb kongsikan resepi ni..jom tgk sket..

Ini resepi cara2 bancuh ESP yang anda boleh pilih dan try :
  • ESP + Fresh Milk
  • ESP + Fresh Milk + kurma (rendam kurma dalam susu..after few hours..blend/shake it and mix with 1 sudu ESP..bukan sahaja bertenaga..boost milk production malah energized)
  • ESP + SusuAnmum
  • ESP + Performance Drink Shaklee + MealShake Shaklee
  • ESP + Nesvita 3in1
  • ESP + jus twister tropicana ESP
  • ESP + Ribena
  • ESP + any fruit juice ( tembikai, epal, lobak putih,peria,pegaga)
  • ESP + Milo/Horlicks
  • ESP + sirap bandung
  • ..........ada sape2 nak tambah..silakan..

Tips2 nak hasilkan smoothies yang powerrrr

  • Some smoothie recipes call for ice cubes; try frozen fruit instead. < -- menarik ni…daripada kita gune ice cube..kite gune frozen fruit kan…sure sedap…
  • Peel and cut up bananas into 1-inch pieces prior to freezing.

  • To freeze fresh berries, spread a single layer on a jellyroll pan, freeze the fruit, and store in resealable freezer bags.

  • Add yogurt, milk, flax seeds, silken tofu, wheat germ, or protein powder to the blender for an extra hit of nutrition. < -- bolehla tambah soy protin Shaklee tu… berkhasiatt..
  •  
  • If a smoothie recipe calls for sugar, try it first without the added sweetener. You really might not need it, depending upon the natural sweetness of the fruit.
  •  
  • Take a second to rinse out the blender right after you use it, even if you're planning to wash it later; dried-on fruit makes for slow clean-up.

 

JADI APA LAGI…JOM TRY SMOOTHIES NI..(they call it all around good smoothies~"This is a recipe I experimented with to try to get a good amount of vitamins, calcium, protein and fiber in my diet. The great part of this is that I don't get bored with it (even though I drink it every day) because I can change the type of fruit I use whenever I want.")

Ingredients

· 1/2 cup nonfat milk
· 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
· 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped < -- boleh tukar ikutla ape jenis buah yang anda suke
· 2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement < -- gunalah serbuk protin Shaklee atau ape2 serbuk protin..takde pun takpe..tapi kalo tambah ni.lagi berkhasiat dan mengenyangkan.. protin kan sifatnye mengenyangkan…OR kalau takde ESP..boleh gune MealShake Shaklee
· 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seed < -- ni saya tak tahu ape ntah(kalau da serbuk fiber shaklee..bolehla tambah )
· 1 teaspoon honey
· 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Directions~1. In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and strawberries until smooth.
