Sempena Chinese New Year ni, bukan org2 cina je yang sibuk bercuti, orang melayu pon bukan main lagi cuti balik kampung, yang berkenduri bukan main banyak..uih itu yang best tuh, balik kampung, gi rumah orang kawen, makan sedap..tapi beringat2 lah ye time mkn tuh, kalo tak dpt kawal, takpe, lepas mkn tuh terus telan Lecithin heheheh Masih ingat entry Adaa SILENT KILLER: Watch ur cholesterol level! Apa vitamin yang anda perlu ada~  kalo belum baca sila lah jenguk2 ye,,peringatan supaya kekal sihat..


Malam ni x dpt nk menulis panjang, just nk share satu resepi mudah untuk kesihatan jantung. Sambil2 cuti, sambil2 shopping barang dapur, leh ah cari bahan2 ni ye, x bnyk pun..jom jenguk2 sikit

Circulation Smoothie
Get your blood pumping with this easy smoothie recipe. It’s chockfull of ingredients with antioxidants that boost blood flow and can help to keep your arteries clear.

Ingredients:  
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 banana
5 strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

Ini untuk one serving je, kalo sekeluarga nak minum, silelah double/triple  the recipe ye.
